Ons verhuurproces:
Wij vinden het belangrijk dat zowel verhuurder als toekomstige huurder een zorgvuldige keuze kunnen maken. Daarom organiseren wij meerdere kijkmomenten waarbij geïnteresseerden de woning kunnen bezichtigen. Na een bezichtiging ontvangen geïnteresseerden een aanmeldformulier, waarmee wij een eerste selectie maken. Vervolgens bespreken wij samen met de verhuurder welke kandidaat het beste past bij de woning. De geselecteerde kandidaat levert daarna de benodigde documenten aan, waarna wij de gegevens zorgvuldig beoordelen. Tot slot verzorgen wij de huurovereenkomst, begeleiden wij de ondertekening en zorgen wij voor een professionele sleuteloverdracht inclusief inspectierapport, zodat de huur/verhuur van begin tot eind zorgvuldig wordt afgehandeld.

Our rental process:

The selected candidate then provides the necessary documents, after which we carefully assess the data.
